Comments:
Waffles is a 3 1/2yr old OEB who has been bounced around a bit in her short life. She's big girl but loves to sit on your lap/snuggle up close when given the opportunity. Waffles is fully housetrained and walks well on leash.

Waffles may do well with a submissive dog over time but is not currently a fan of her furry foster sibling. At events, she gets her booty wiggling like she wants to play but then ends up just “yelling” at the other dogs.

Waffles came in with quite a bit of skin irritation around her lady bits and is on a course of antibiotics and apoquel to help clear that up. She has excessive tissue around her vagina (inverted vagina) and should be wiped every time she uses the bathroom to help prevent a recurrent skin infection or UTI. So far, she doesn't seem to mind this! She will be on a medical hold until we can determine if she will need minor surgery to eliminate some of that extra skin.

9/9--Waffles lady bits have cleared up nicely with diligent cleaning after every trip to the bathroom. We have, however, opted to do a basic nip/tuck on the area to remove excess tissue and decrease the need for frequent wiping. Once that has been completed and she is healed, she will be ready to find her forever home!

9/25/2019–Waffles looks amazing after surgery and has tons of happy energy. She loves to snuggle but is also ok on her own. If she wants attention, she will “talk” and let you know! She has a weird fear of stairs; everything in her foster home is hardwoods so maybe she doesn’t like the sliding feeling? She’s gentle with kids and allows her foster mom to take treats, food and toys from her.

Waffles is located in Omaha, NE. Interested adopters will need to travel to the Omaha area to meet/adopt. Her adoption fee is set at $400.
